The working jar is the small one

You cracked the quart every night because that is where the eighth lived. The reserve took the same insult as the pinch.

You keep one jar, and you crack it every night. The nugs you will not touch until Friday take the same lid as the pinch you wanted tonight. The jar is a still covered what leaves when you open any lid. This chapter is which lid you open.

Southern Ohio already has this argument when somebody stores the whole eighth in the same glass they open for the week. One person splits a small working jar from the rest. One person keeps one quart and lets every night touch the reserve. Same batch sits under both habits, and only one of those habits leaves the rest sealed. Pinch into a small jar you will open, and leave the rest alone.

The empty jar is a bigger still covered one room getting too big as the eighth shrinks. The bag is not a jar covered the wall you can smell through. The grind is the last harvest covered when you break the nug. This chapter is two rooms on purpose.

How to keep the flower

When you get home, take a few nights of nugs and put them in a small jar. That is the one you open. The rest stays closed until the small one is empty.

This is not the bag chapter. The flower is already in glass. This is not a fill percent from the empty-jar chapter. You are choosing which lid gets opened.

They did not trial your two jars

I did not find a paper that put the same dried flower in a jar you open all week and a jar you leave sealed, then published the nose. I am not hanging an open-count or a loss percent on your stash. The keep is still practice: put the opening on one small lid.

People have opened jars on a schedule while measuring terpenes. Bueno and the Greenbaum group put Cream Caramel in 4-oz jars and opened every jar twice a week to mimic use. They were testing added terpenes, not a working jar versus a reserve, and there was no sealed-reserve arm. They said opening lets evaporated terpenes leave. That is the lid we already named in Chapter 1 (Bueno et al., 2020, https://doi.org/10.1186/s42238-020-00035-z).

The physics of a repeated open shows up in coffee. Trenzová opened every pack of ground roast on a five-day clock for thirty days. Glass and steel still lost a lot of volatiles once the lid kept moving. They did not run a sealed pack against an opened one, and they did not store flower. I am not copying their percents onto your nugs (Trenzová et al., 2024, https://doi.org/10.55251/jmbfs.11022).

I am not writing a two-jar sample size. The weeknight keep is practice sitting on that limit, not a trial of the working jar.

Honesty, because the tray will ask

There is no working-jar-versus-reserve flower paper in hand for this chapter. Bueno 2020 is in hand, and every Site Two jar was opened on the same schedule. Trenzová 2024 is in hand, and it is ground coffee, not flower. I am not writing an open-count loss as science.
